Update 6/15/09 - Bear is happy to report that he has a sponsor! Bear loves have his neck scratched and likes to sit in your lap once he t.rusts you. If frightened he will swat at you with a paw to get you to back off, but he is learning to treat people differently than other cats. ***** Bear is an affectionate but shy kitty who deserves a chance at the good life. Bear would do well with a patient person willing to give him a little time to adjust so that his true loving personality can come out. Although outgoing and friendly with people while he was at the shelter (6+months!) he is a little bit overwhelmed at the PetSmart. Please email the shelter if interested in adopting or fostering Bear.
