Update 5/23/09: Mr. Free State is available for adoption at the PetSmart at White Oak Village in Henrico's East End. Stop by and meet him, he might be just the kitty you're looking for! ---- This big, sweet boy was found on Free State Road (hence the name). He was covered with fleas and lost a lot of hair from the infestation. His skin has cleared up nicely and in a few weeks (or months) he'll have a beautiful coat. In the meantime, Free State will gain some much-needed weight.
