Lucky Hazel is in foster care where she is enjoying playing with the 4 children, other dog and cat! Hazel has been doing well with her housebreaking and is taking to her crate! Hazel will be at the PetSmart on CarMia Way off Midlothian Turnpike in Richmond's Southside THIS Saturday from 9:00am to 2:00pm!! Hazel is as sweet as she is adorable! She has an unusual coloring, and is known as a Blue Tick Beagle. This adorable girl has stolen the hearts of the shelter workers and volunteers. She is a tiny little thing and so friendly....and you can just get lost in those eyes!! She is around 7-8 years old but still has lots of love to give and she is great with kids!!! She was rescued by our director from the middle of a busy highway. She appeared to have just weaned puppies....the poor girl as probably had litter after litter. Luckily, she'll never have to go through that again!! Hazel is spayed and available for adoption! Please contact the shelter if you'd like to learn more about this most deserving girl!
